What do you do in Australia?

“Well, I work for the Peter Maccallum Cancer Hospital in Melbourne. In addition I compile a monthly magazine called ‘Sannasa' catering to our Sri Lankans.

It comprises diverse articles covering politics, culture, arts and features.

Your future missions in Lanka?

I hope to do a good stage play in Sri Lanka. Many people ask if I have no idea to return to my motherland. I do have plans but nothing is finalised yet.

But I will certainly oblige directors who want me in their projects. I have been living in Australia for the past 7 years. On the family front I am a proud father now. My daughter is Menuri Chamathka.
