MCA ‘Veterans’ vs Lanka Cavaliers on August 19

The 9th Annual over 40 cricket encounter between the MCA Veterans and Lanka Cavaliers for the ‘Tyrone De Silva’ challenge trophy will be played on Sunday, August 19 at the Colts Cricket Club grounds. Play is scheduled to commence at 10.00 a.m.

Of the eight encounters played to date, the MCA have won four, while the Lanka Cavaliers have been victorious in three with one match ending in a ‘tie’.

Lanka Cavaliers, who are hosting the match this year, are offering awards for the best batsman, bowler, fielder and man of the match.
