Raquel Yaseen Wijemanne, Managing Director of Crown Hair and Beauty elaborated on the philosophy behind the success of Crown,

The major influences on the culture and standards of Crown come from its Managing Director; Raquel who believes in not only providing the best for customers, but also nurturing promising talent in the Sri Lankan beauty industry. One such find was Kumar, now a senior stylist at Crown who was recruited by Raquel to be a part of the core team at its inception is 2005.
Speaking on his experience at Crown, Kumar explained that he has both grown and matured as a stylist,

Developing talent that goes on to deliver results is a cornerstone of the success Crown has seen over the years. Many of its staff have joined the company at a junior level and have been promoted and trained, with the core crown philosophy ingrained in their thinking.
Lekha, Senior Aesthetician at Crown has been a member of its staff since doing her A Levels in 2006. Dedicated to learning and achievement, Lekha believes that her success as a part of the Crown team is largely due to the motivation and direction provided by the management.
“My time at Crown has been one of intense learning. I believe that aestheticians are responsible for the skincare solutions we provide and as such, anything less than the strictest attention to our clients is unacceptable. At Crown, we are constantly trained to deliver exacting standards of performance and to make sure each of our clients receive the best care possible.
Ravi, Head of Operations and Stylist in charge at Crown, with almost three decades experience in the local and international industry, explained why the services available at Crown far surpass the norm,
