To the delight of many, the online store has now expanded by opening their very own store at The Souq Sri Lanka in Colombo 5.Offering the most unique styles in women’s wear, the online retail store brings down from abroad the latest clothing in women’s fashion and customers pay on delivery.

The brainchild behind 20 Robe is Nisshanthini Thangaraj. “202 Robe was an online store –a new venture to bring about

Why the need for a store?

“People are of different types – some love shopping, walking into stores, feeling the fabric, fitting it on and buying it whereas others prefer buying online so we provide shopping sprees in both ways for our ladies.”

Store or not, their facebook marketing still exists ‘stronger than it was before.’

Response for the store?

“The response for the store has been good and improving in the past few weeks. We asked many of our clients at the store and they said they liked our collection and have even introduce their friends to the store. At present we offer ladies’ tops, dresses of all kinds, cocktail wear and we also undertake designing of dresses and saree workings as per our clients’ requests.”

Future plans?

“Future plans are to extend into complete collections of dresses with matching accessories, handbags and shoes. We are working on it and would bring that concept in very soon. We also have started designing dresses for our clients and we’re planning to introduce our own designer wear very soon.”
