ISURU SANGRAMAYA on ITN from Oct. 23

Veteran director Nalan Mendis’ latest tele serial ‘Isuru Sangramaya’ will unspool on ITN daily at 9 pm from Monday to Friday from October 23.

The gripping story scripted by Sunanda Silva has been produced by Jayantha Peiris while Priyantha Pradeep and Gamini Chaminda have handled the camera, Rohana Weerasinghe the music direction and Amala Perera and Nelu Adhikari have contributed with the vocals. Isuru Sangramaya comprising 100 episodes features a popular star cast including Chathurika Peiris, Yashoda Wimaladharma, Kanchana Kodituwakku, Roshan Pilapitiya, Poornika Peiris, Sampath Kumaratunga, Sandali Sulakkana, Aruni Mendis, Vasantha Geetharachchi, Susila Kottage, Premadasa Vithanage, Rahal Bulathsinhala, Kamal Deshapriya, Damayanthi Fonseka, Maureen Charuni, Kumara Thirimadura, Gamini Hettiarachchi, Gamini Jayalath, Chandika Nanayakkara, Prema Pathiraja and several others.

In today’s world, the young generation especially are being knowingly or unknowingly manoeuvered by various powers, creating trends that are blindly followed by others too. But characters like Madhawa, Medhawi, Nethsara, Pinky, Ranga, Banti, Vindhya, Nalika and Susiripala who come in Isuru Sangramaya are determined to swim against the tide by doing what they think is right.
