Old friends MEET at dance

The Kandy High School Old Girls' Association Colombo Branch organized High Heat 2012. at which they gathered to meet old friends from their days at school, receive old memories and have themselves a good time along with their families and friends.

This event that took place in the Grand Ballroom of the Galadari Hotel was a resounding success as usual with much hard work from a formidable committee doing the needful. To turn the event into a spin of success were two bands, Heat and Sohan and the Experiments with Arun Dias Bandaranaike as Compere. There were competitions, surprises and raffles and nearly non stop dancing to keep it going till the early hours of the morning.

In the pictures are the hard working committee of fifteen members and several of those in style among whom was Mihiri Rodrigo in a Kandyan saree, Anne Karzi in a flame and gold saree, Sanoja Bibile in a printed saree, a member from the younger generation Shani Guruge was in a light grey dress she wore with a broad red belt and red shoes.
