In her lecture, she focused on how court management and its theoretical scope could be applied in day-to-day court cases. She highlighted that each country has its own local legal culture and the role of Bar Associations in different countries.
“In the field of case management, differentiated case management is important. In this regard, the resource management is an important task, where proper allocation of legal resources to human resources are efficiently and effectively utilized and managed.
If not, this leads to exacerbate the procedures prolonging delays of the cases and hence justice,” she said.
“Upfront early intervention of cases has to be decided by the practitioners and should be given prominence accordingly,” Ms. Pamela Harris said.
