The IL GELATO store on Duplication Rd. whose clientele consisted of a variety of dog breeds onTuesday (20th) evening created an excitement among kids and adults,“the other guests”invited to the official launch of the ICYTAILS, simply tail-icious by Ceccato product, the icy treats for dogs. Dog owners and their beloved pooches were welcomed by the dynamic duo Heidy Rampinelli and Blanka Dewapura , the inventors of this new product. The product was first created four years ago by Blanka forTitus, her Old English Sheep Dog, who absolutely loved the treats.What started as a homemade simple treat has now become a nutritious fancy delicacy that is available to all dog owners in Sri Lanka.The product does not include preservatives or artificial flavours and there is no sugar added to any of the recipes.

Each and every cup of the icy treats has the nutritional facts label printed on the cup along with a list of ingredients.They are based on curd and natural fruits and vegetables. Heidy and Blanka also announced their CSR partnership with Dr. Nalinika Obeyesekere,CEO Blue PawTrust and Director of PetVet Clinic in Colombo 7, where all parties made their future cooperation an official one by signing a Memorandum of Understanding.The ICYTAILS,simply tail-icious by Ceccato run by Blanka and Heidy endorsed the Blue PawTrust mission that reads“To improve the quality of our environment through promoting responsible pet ownership and animal welfare where people and animals can interact positively, with minimal problems.”In return the Blue PawTrust endorsed the mission of ICY TAILS,simply tail-icious by Ceccato.
