It seems Octomom could not find a turkey big enough for her mammoth brood.
For the notorious personality celebrated leaving rehab by having a slap-up Thanksgiving meal with her 14 children.
But instead of the traditional roasted bird, they bonded over a plate of ham and vegetables instead. According to TMZ, the meal consisted a whole ham, apple sauce, stuffing, and the usual holiday trimmings. Octomom, real name Nadya Suleman, completed her 30-day program at Chapman Rehab on Thursday and immediately headed back to her fancy new house in Palmdale, California to help prepare the feast.
She entered treatment last month for a dependency on antidepression drug Xanax and anxiety issues.
A spokesperson claimed she was committed to getting better, and had voluntarily agreed to attend additional treatment sessions while she lives at home.
While she was away the 37-year-old’s small army of nannies have been keeping the children on strict schedules for sleeping, eating, bathing, and homework.
Nadya, who was previously investigated by child services following allegations she was neglecting her children, now plans to follow the same programme now that she’s back. While her representative said she is extremely proud of her achievements in rehab, she realises she has only taken a step towards recovery. Besides the eight now three-year-old youngsters she had via IVF treatment that made her famous, she also has twins who are about two years older, a seven-yearold son, who suffers from autism, and three older children.
