Asiri group continues with restructuring

Asiri group yesterday carried out another internal transfer of shares as part of a group restructuring plan.

Accordingly, Asiri Surgical Hospital PLC (AMSL) yesterday divested its 32.7 percent stake in Asiri Central Hospitals PLC (ASHA) to Asiri Hospital Holdings PLC, in a deal worth of Rs.1.82 billion.

Both AMSL and ASHA are subsidiaries of Asiri Hospital Holdings PLC. Subsequent to this transaction, Asiri Hospital Holdings PLC holds 88.48 percent of ASHA.
