LAHES-NUS 'Train the Trainers' programme to be held in Sri Lanka
NUS Business School, part of the National University of Singapore, acknowledged as one of the finest universities in the Asia-Pacific region, will be conducting the LAHES-NUS Train the Trainers programme from May 20 – 23, 2013.
This four-day programme covers the fundamentals of the training and development function – from needs analysis to lesson design and planning to evaluating training effectiveness, adult learning principles and various training techniques such as case study method, discussion-based learning, learning through role plays, games and ice-breakers, use of stories, anecdotes and humour in adult learning, video-based learning and future trends in training and development.
“LAHES-NUS Train the Trainers programme is ideal for those responsible for the training and development/human resource development function in companies and those engaged as trainers. It is important to keep ‘sharpening the saw' in order to deliver the best results to the audience.
