Northern railway to be constructed with minimum environmental harm
At a discussion held with an Indian Construction Company yesterday, the Minister of Environment and Renewable Energy said the Northern Railway track should be constructed with minimum harm to the environment.
“The construction of the Northern Railway track should not damage the environment.
Any construction might create a slight harm, but as this is a greatly needed construction we cannot step back and should take the necessary steps to implement this with minimum environmental harm” the Minister said.
