The Jathika Hela Urumaya (JHU) yesterday said that Sri Lanka should enforce a travel ban on persons travelling to Tamil Nadu (TN) while also banning TN citizens from entering Sri Lanka following the attack on the Sri Lankan Buddhist Monks in TN recently.

“We condemn these attacks that are taking place in TN against Sri Lankans. India is violating their own foreign policies that they adopted soon after they gained independence. But today India has violated those policies. So Indian politicians are responsible for the terrorist activities that took place in Sri Lanka in the past,” Ranawaka said.
