Vallibel Finance donates safe drinking water equipment to LRH

Vallibel Finance, in public focus for its impressive ascent in the world of finance, continues to give equal importance to its social responsibi­lity mandate with its latest efforts focused on facilitati­ng drinking water for children at the Lady Ridgeway Hospital (LRH). In this instance, Vallibel Finance presented equipment for safe drinking water to the hospital in the presence of senior medical staff and officials from the company.

“Our commitment in pursuing excellence in the world of finance isn’t the only cause that drives us. Even as we do that we constantly remind ourselves of our responsibi­lity towards society as a model corporate citizen. Or CSR mandate captures our commitment to support the progress of Sri Lankans,” said a company spokesman.

Children are the future of our country and that’s why they have a special part in our CSR mandate. Children from across the country are treated at the Lady Ridgeway Hospital and we fervently hope our contributi­on will help the hospital in their endeavor to provide children with safe drinking water, the spokesman added.

An official of the hospital present at the occasion said that the contributi­on of Vallibel Finance will indeed help children in their healing process while mentioning that safeguardi­ng the interest of children is indeed a noble deed.
