SMI Housing to raise bar in luxury apartments

-

In its latest offering to Colombo’s real estate market, SMI Housing is developing a 26 storey, luxury apartment complex, located centrally at Deal Place, Colombo 3.

This BOI-approved project represents a $10 million investment. The agreement was signed by Dr.Lakshman Jayaweera,Chairman of BOI and.Zakeer Hussain Ibrahim, Director of SMI Housing.

SMI’s value proposition is founded on space, privacy, safety and location. All apartments are spacious, 1700 square feet, three bedroom units. Only three apartments are available on each floor, resulting in one of the most privacy-centric developments in Colombo. The apartments are designed for maximum functionality with refined trimmings, including high-end European-standard fixtures and fittings. A state of the art security and fire-safety system, a fully equipped gym and swimming pool are additional attractive amenities.

Deal Place is in Colombo’s bustling suburb of Colpetty, and in close proximity to schools, hospitals, supermarkets, shopping malls, a cinema, restaurants and other recreational activities. SMI is targeting the luxury, city dwelling customer segment for this complex.

An M1-grade contractor will be responsible for the construction. Fazrin Ibrahim, Managing Director of SMI Housing, spearheads this project, whose vision is to encompass unmatched value by providing tasteful and affordable luxury.
