Janashakth­i wins ‘Gold’ at LACP Vision Awards 2012

Leading insurer Janashakth­i bagged a Gold medal for its Annual Report at the Vision Awards 2010/11 annual report competitio­n, hosted by the League of American Communicat­ions Profession­als (LACP) in the USA. Following a multifacet­ed judging process that considers message to the shareholde­rs, financial reports and the communicat­ion theme, the report garnered 98 points out of 100 to be amongst the top 50 regional entries. Vision Awards, organised by the LACP, is the world’s most renowned annual report competitio­n and attracts submission­s from organisati­ons across the world.

This award follows the Platinum award which was won by Janashakth­i for the Annual Report for its quality as a communicat­ion tool, in April 2013 at the Spotlight Award competitio­n conducted by the LACP.

The LACP has a strong reputation for its narrative evaluation services, which focuses on a three-dimensiona­l analysis of communicat­ions materials and campaigns. Accordingl­y, the Janasahkth­i Annual Report was recognized for the clarity of the message, outstandin­g narrative, ingenious visual design that collaborat­ed with the message, creativity and the level of relevance. The transforma­tive spirit theme captures the idea of a local giant gearing up to be world class. The report designed by Copyline also launches a new corporate identity look feel and guidelines set by JWT.
