Deyata Kirula aims faster development of provinces
The government will use each and every Deyata Kirula programme to awaken a particular province in the country in accelerated development projects focusing in infrastructure, common amenities and public administration, cabinet spokesman, Media and Infomation Minister Keheliya Rambukwella said.
This year’s ‘Deyata Kirula’ National Exhibition and Development Program is to be implemented covering Kurunegala, Puttalam and Kegalle Districts and the National Exhibition will be held in the premises at Wayamba University, Technical College and Kuliyapitiya Central College in parallel to the Independence Day 2014, he said.

The proposal made by President Mahinda Rajapaksa in his capacity as Minister of Finance and Planning, to proceed with the programme of work in collaboration with all ministries and institutions under their purview, was approved by the Cabinet.
