-

Going beyond of its current offerings, PEO TV is now ready to deliver closed channel telecasts (Private Television Network) that could stream live events and pre-defined content for designated target groups at a given point of time. Closed channel telecast feature could also facilitate an entity to connect all its user groups including subsidiaries, regional offices, branches and all required parties at a one-go with any type of corporate function.

Sri Lanka Telecom currently uses PEO TV closed channel transmission to connect with over 50 regional offices and more than 8000 employees spread across the country that makes the regional staff to witness Colombo-centric events live, without their presence at headquarters which saves money and time to increase productivity of the organisation. This channel facility can be introduced as a highly effective medium to enhance corporate communications to all the stakeholders with the ability of delivering audio and video messages faster than any other similar medium.

SLT PEO TV Chief Executive Officer Malraj Balapitiya said, “We are proud to introduce this service as another first from PEO TV, which will certainly revolutionize the organisational culture and help increase efficiencies. He also added, “This Private Television Networking system will be ideal for banks, government authorities, educational institutions to distribute knowledge, training, marketing and product information and many more to its networks spread islandwide, to save millions of rupees spent for event management and travel.”
