Message from the President The Ceylon Hotel School Graduates Association

In conditions of growing competition for the business travel market share thousands of hotels and hotel chains all over the world develop their brands and launch product and service strategies in search of competitive advantages and in attempt to satisfy the needs of the customer. To accomplish this, and flourish as competitive hotels, we are compelled to maintain high standards in the products and services we offer. Moreover, the need to keep abreast of the current what’s to come in the future for hospitality businesses and how to be relevant to tomorrow’s customers is of utmost importance.

To help achieve this the “THE HOTEL SHOW 2013” will play a pivotal part in offering education, professional advancement, trade and innovation to this host community by presenting a wide range of innovative modern products covering all areas such as catering, equipment, housekeeping, décor, linen, maintenance, and many more.

The show will also provide you with an occasion to collaborate and establish winning business relationships with the suppliers, by which to take your business to greater heights.
