PM hosts outgoing Chief of Defence

Chief of Defence Staff Air Chief Marshal Roshan Gunatillake who is scheduled to retire on August 01, 2013 met the Prime Minister and Buddha Sasana Minister D.M.Jayaratne on Wednesday evening (24) at the Prime Minister’s residence, where he was hosted to a dinner.

He had been elevated to the position of Air Chief Marshal by President Mahinda Rajapaske in appreciation of his services during the military conflict.

The Prime Minister presented a memento to the outgoing Chief of Staff.
