Mahindra Two Wheelers enters Sri Lanka
Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited, part of the $ 16.2 billion Mahindra Group, one of India’s leading business houses, launched its range of two wheelers in Sri Lanka recently. These include – two powerful scooters, the Rodeo RZ and Duro DZ and two intelligent motorcycles, the Pantero and the Centuro, -marking its entry into the Sri Lankan two wheeler segment.
Mahindra Two Wheelers has joined hands with Ideal 2 Wheelers (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of the Rs. 15 billion Ideal Group. Ideal will function as the Group’s authorized distributor for Sri Lanka. In addition to being the distributor for many global brands, it also boasts of a presence in various key sectors. Nalin J Welgama is the Founder and Chairman of the Group, while Aravinda de Silva is its Deputy Chairman.
