Car fatally knocks down varsity student
A student of the Peradeniya University succumbed to his injuries when he was knocked down by a car at the Galaha junction in Peradeniya.
The 26-year-old victim was admitted to the Peradeniya Hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after admission.
He was a resident of Urubokka, Matara. The Peradeniya police are conducting investigations.
