Quantum Fitness, a household name when it comes to delivering the best fitness products in Sri Lanka, recently partnered with FreeMotion Fitness from the USA to provide a range of fitness equipment both unique and innovative.

FreeMotion Director of Sales Rene Cox, Sales Director of Middle East, South Asia, Africa, visited Sri Lanka to introduce and launch the fitness line.

FreeMotion Fitness is the commercial division of Icon, which holds 67 percent of patents in the fitness industry, while being the largest marketer and manufacturer of fitness equipment in the world, with a R&D unequalled in the fitness industry. “What distinguishes us from other fitness companies is that we manufacture fitness products with superior bio mechanics that come with education that guarantee results to the user,” said Rene Cox.

FreeMotion Fitness, being in the forefront of innovation has introduced several new equipment as well as exercise methods to better help achieve the fitness goals of their customers. They hold several patents for machines including the Dual Cable Cross, a staple in any major gym and the Incline Trainer that could be used by any age group to name a few.

Furthermore, FreeMotion Fitness equipment is affordable when compared to other products in the market as they do not subcontract their production. All manufacturing is done in its own plant, in the USA.

Cox said, “Producing in-house was more beneficial in terms of quality control and keep cost down. We have better research and development facilities, better quality control and consistency with products.”

Quantum Fitness, together with FreeMotion fitness hopes to market a full range of products that would include cardio and strength training machines and exercises that will be beneficial for gyms, hotels and apartment buildings islandwide.

Currently, the global trend is fast moving towards personal training. Therefore, state-of-the-art machines as well as exercise techniques such as Rapid Fit, Pedal Fitness and more would be available through this unique partnership. The best is that all of these have been tried and tested and have proven to be successful.

Talking about the partnership Cox said, “Quantum Fitness is the largest fitness seller in Sri Lanka. Therefore, from the value perspective and from the customer requirements we found them to be a suitable partner.”

Having begun operation in 1998 as Quantum Teleshopping, Quantum Fitness has grown from strength to strength to take the lead in fitness equipment in Sri Lanka.

Quantum Fitness introduced the 30-day money back guarantee first time in Sri Lanka for its domestic range in fitness equipment. The company always strives to find innovative methods to better serve its clientele.
