Environmental Resources Investments changes identity

Environmental Resources Investments PLC has opted to change the company’s name to Lanka Century Investments PLC.

The approval in this regard has been obtained from the shareholders and Registrar General of Companies at the Annual General Meeting held on September 27.

According to the disclosure filed by the company, the name change is carried out to accurately reflect its corporate identity.

Before its name was changed to Environmental Resources Investment PLC, it was known as Walker & Greig Ltd when under the Browns group.
