SWF holds its AGM on Saturday

The Sinhala Women’s Foundation (SWF) for Welfare and developmen­t holds its 29th annual general meeting on Saturday, January 11 at its Headquarte­rs: 12-15, 20-22, Sri Wipulasena Mawatha (off Deans Road) Maradana Colombo 10. The SWF is well known for its Rehabilita­tion and Welfare services in the North and East since 1987 and currently for the far-reaching reconcilia­tion projects in Vavuniya and other districts and in schools.

‘Strengthen­ing’ the family and family values will be the focus of attention at the AGM. Ms. Indrani Iriyagolle (nation- al and internatio­nal trainer and consultant), Professor Savitri Gunasekera (professor emeritus) will be the main speakers on this occasion.

The programme includes other selected items followed by an open discussion on the subject selected. The members are informed that a delay in the mail may cause in convenienc­e and anxiety.
