Handcuffs for youth on heroin charges

A youth who possessed two grammes of heroin was arrested during a search operation carried out at Welikada in Rajagiriya.

Police headquarters said the suspect who is a resident of Obeysekarapura was arrested after the Welikada police were tipped off by resi

dents. It was found out that he was involved in selling and distributing heroin for

some time.
