Defence Secretary on official visit to Kilinochchi

Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa and Army Commander Lt. Gen. Daya Ratnayaka had visited the Kilinochchi security forces zone on Wednesday (8).

During the visit the Defence Secretary declared open the Kilinochchi Harmony Centre, the theatre hall at the Iranamadu signal corp headquarters and the army ward complex inside the Kilinochchi hospital.

Kilinochchi Security Forces Commander Maj. Gen. Udaya Perera, Kilinochchi Government Agent Rupawathi Kedeeswaran and several senior military officials of the area were present on the occasion.
