The Sara Trophy cricket match between Kandy Youth CC and Matale CC ended in a no decision at the Bernard Aluvihare Stadium, Matale over the weekend.

Kandy YCC taking first lease of the wicket made 275 all out in 60.3 overs with Amila Rukshantha top scoring with a brilliant 83. Matale CC in turn were 107 for 3 at the end of 30th over, when heavy rain stopped further play on the second day. Chatura Peiris and Amila Withara- na remained unbeaten with 59 and 36 respectively.
