Hirunika, likely SLFP organiser for Colombo Central

President Mahinda Rajapaksa, who met Hirunika Premachandra last morning is likely to appoint her as the SLFP's Colombo Central Organiser, Hirunika told Daily Mirror online yesterday

"He was like my father in those days, and yesterday was a resumption of that relationship. Many people have said many things over the years and caused dissension between me and the president; and this was the best opportunity to clear them," she said.

The outspoken Premachandra said that she was grateful for the opportunity afforded by the president to meet him.
