HSenid CIMA CEO Forum to feature Prof. Ulrich
hSenid Group of Companies partners with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants to jointly host a CEO Forum with Professor Dave Ulrich, tomorrow (April 30) at the The Balmoral, The Kingsbury Hotel.
Dave Ulrich is a Professor at t h e Ro s s S ch o o l o f Business, University of Michigan and a partner at the RBL Group, a consulting firm focused on helping organisations and leaders deliver value. He studies how organisations build capabilities of leadership, speed, lear ning, accountability, and talent through leveraging human resources. He has helped generate award winning data bases that assess alignment between strategies, organisation capabilities, HR practices, HR competencies, and customer and investor results. He has published over 200 articles and book chapters and over 25 books. He edited Human Resource Management 1990-1999, served on editorial board of 4 Journals on the Board of Directors for Herman Miller and Board of Trustees at Southern Virginia University, and is a Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources.
The session will help participants build organisations that accomplish desired results, which is often called strategy execution. It is designed for both businesses leaders who are owners and primarily responsible for delivering results and for HR professionals who are architects to design and deliver effective organisations.
