With age, beauty, rarity, condition, personal emotional connection and other unique features, their value grows. Among these ageless beauties, antique furniture is a favorite of collectors because they have both practical uses as well as collector value. Eliciting old-world charm and an elegant appeal, antiques easily blend into all kinds of homes and style aesthetics. Different furniture styles have evolved over a period of time depending on the time and place of origin. As they are an attractive collectors’ choice, they are a prominent group of items in auction houses.
