Jet Airways has always embraced and benchmarke­d against global standards in order to offer a unique internatio­nal air travel experience to its passengers; synonymous with world class product offerings.

With the expansion of its internatio­nal operations, we felt it necessary to offer the world an incomparab­le brand of service and style; one that would be global yet infused with an Indian flavour.

With effect from 01st of December 2014 the airline commenced the roll out of a dualclass, single brand-Jet Airways product across its domestic network; complement­ing its well establishe­d dual class internatio­nal product. In keeping with the airline’s “Passenger Centric Philosophy”, a consistent, high – quality product is what will be delivered in order to make the Guest experience a truly memorable one.

Jet Airways has and will continue to refine and create a distinct high quality service which is acclaimed globally. Jet Airways has set a bench mark in service excellence and reliabilit­y of its operations, for others to emulate.

On select routes, Jet Airways also offers a tri-class product consisting of First Class, Première and Economy Class. For our First Class customers, we have created the first airline ‘suite’ in the sky, offering the ultimate in privacy and luxury. Each of the eight First Class suites on the Boeing 777-300E aircraft features the world’s longest First Class bed at 83 inches, massive 23 inch flat screen monitors and carefully designed ‘personal wardrobe’ storage areas.

The First Class suite is also designed to allow dining for two with a VIP/Business Jet style table, multiple LED lighting options, variable lumbar support and an eight point massage system. Befitting what is arguably the finest First Class product in the sky, the menu choices are exquisite and extensive and are plated on hand painted William Edwards dinnerware. On offer is exquisite French Champagne, the finest wines from around the world and a library of single malt whiskeys served in William Edwards crystal.

Designed t o provide guests with an enhanced in-flight experience, the business class product, Première, has set new benchmarks in business class travel on our B777-300E and A330-200 aircraft. A new cabin design that creates a virtual living room; a 180 degree flat bed with an in-built massager and pre-programmed seat positions, allowing our Première customers to relax along with a state-of-the art in-flight entertainm­ent system that offers over 800 hours of entertainm­ent.

With a clear focus on high-quality and reliable service, Jet Airways set about its mission of becoming the preferred airline for the global traveler and has successful­ly establishe­d itself as India’s premier internatio­nal airline. Currently operating a fleet of 117 aircraft, with an average fleet age of 5.80 years, the airline has one of the youngest fleet in the region.

Along with its double daily operations to London, Paris and Singapore, Jet Airways is also the only Indian carrier which provides over 50 daily flights to multiple destinatio­ns in the Gulf, including five daily flights to Dubai. Together with its 150 interline and 12 codeshare partners, Jet Airways serves over 140 destinatio­ns in India and abroad.
