Gerard Muttukumaru to lead workshop on CRM
Gerard D. Muttukumaru will be leading a half-day workshop on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – how to build a customer-centric organisation on Saturday, March 14, at the Royal College Skills Centre, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Gerard has been an Adjunct Professor of Global Business in MBA and Executive Education Programmes in California and is the Founder and Chairman of the USA-based Centre for Global Leadership Worldwide LLC (USA).
Over 70 percent of CRM initiatives do not deliver the desired results.
