Twenty-six-year-old Ruwangi Feldano is an animal-welfare worker. Ruwangi is suffering from Tom Smith arthritis also known as a Tom Smith hip. This requires total un-cemented hip replacement and surgery at the National Hospital, Colombo. It will cost Rs.190,000.
