Ukrainian drowns in Koggala

A Ukrainian national drowned while bathing in the sea off Koggala in Habaraduwa on Sunday evening, the police said.

The 39-year-old man Irkin Yeweni was rescued and rushed to the Karapitiya Hospital but pronounced dead on arrival.
