ARISEN AHUBUDU ESSAYCOMPETITION

ArisenAhubudu Foundation and the Wijeya Newspaper have taken steps to organise a memorial essay competition in honour of the yeoman services rendered to the nation by Kalasuri Arisen Ahubudu through his literary activities as a great scholar, a linguist and a versatile composer.

The competition will be held in three categories; from grade 6 - 8, grade 9 - 10, and from grade 12 - 13. All essays written on single side of A4 paper and certified by the class teacher and counter signed by the School Principal with the official stamp should be forwarded to Secretary, ArisenAhubudu Foundation 140/40 Kalarapura, Templar Road, Mount Lavinia to reach him on or before June 30, 2015.

The name of the competition ( Arisen Ahubudu Essay Competition) should be written on the top left hand corner of the envelope.

The names and addresses of the competitors, telephone numbers, school/ grade and category of competition selected should be attached to the essay in a separated paper.
