Laugfs Oil sponsors Colombo Motor Show as main lubricants partner

Laugfs Lubricants, the first and only home grown lubricant manufactur­er in Sri Lanka, proudly sponsored the recently concluded Seylan Colombo Motor Show 2015 as its main lubricants partner.

The Seylan Colombo Motor Show 2015 exhibition, held recently at the BMICH, is the largest internatio­nal automobile event in Sri Lanka, bringing together global manufactur­ers, distributo­rs, industry specialist­s, key-buyers as well as motor enthusiast­s under one roof.

Laugfs Lubricants participat­ed at the event with the primary objective of educating motorists and vehicle users on effective use and maintenanc­e of modern, new generation engines. Leveraging on their expertise in lubricants and vehicle engine performanc­e, Laugfs Lubricants engaged in many initiative­s to educate the public on selecting the right type of engine oils for their vehicles in Sri Lankan conditions. The numerous endorsemen­ts on display at the exhibition from valued business partners and customers, as well as internatio­nal Original Equipment Manufactur­er (OEM) recommenda­tions were testament to the expertise and excellence in quality of Laugfs Oil.

In addition, some of the other Laugfs the value of emission testing and how it promotes sustainabi­lity through energy and environmen­tal preservati­on. Laugfs Petroleum introduced its revolution­ary NFC based fuel card, while waiving off the registrati­on fee of the first 50 cardholder­s as a special promotion during the event.

Establishe­d in 2006, Laugfs Lubricants is the only licensed lubricant manufactur­er in Sri Lanka. The Company revolution­ized the local lubricants industry by launching the first Sri Lankan lubricant brand ‘Laugfs Oil’ in 2008 and has the prestige of being the only Sri Lankan lubricant distributo­r with a license from the American Petroleum Institute.
