Pannipitiya Private Hospital honoured with Flame Award
Pannipitiya Private Hospital, one of Sri Lanka’s highly famed and top rated private hospitals was honoured with an Excellence Award in the Health and Hotel category at the Flame -2016 Entrepreneur Awards held at the Galle Face Hotel Colombo recently.
The chief guest of the awards ceremony, President Maithripala Sirisena presented the award to Pannipitiya Private Hospital Chairman and Managing Director Dr. Ananda Kuruppuarachchi at the ceremony.
Flame -2016 Entrepreneur Awards which was organized by the Western Provincial Council for adjudging the winner for the Health and Hospital category had conducted a comprehensive survey using several criteria which included hospital service and quality.
Pannipitiya Private Hospital was the only hospital which managed to secure the excellence award which is a unique achievement.
Pannipitiya Private Hospital Chairman and Managing Director Dr. Ananda Kuruppuarachchi commenting on the victory said, “This Excellence award will be a mighty boost for the ‘forward march’ of the hospital which has for two decades provided a high quality service for very reasonable charges to its patients. With the help of this tremendous thrust the hospital management and staff will dedicate itself further to expand the hospital’s unique services to the public.”
