Microsoft hosts top Lankan OEM resellers at MTC in Singapore

Microsoft recently hosted its top Sri Lankan OEM resellers at the newly established Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) in Singapore.

The center, the first of its kind in the Asiapacific (APAC) region, is a combined transparency center and cyber security center, home to Microsoft’s latest technologies, modern retail and a security hub for countries under the APAC alliance.

The center, one of 40 global centers, aims to ensure technology investments are justified through new business ventures, enabling productivity amongst employees and introducing new platforms for customer engagement.

“The rapid rate at which technology is advancing, sometimes means that we are unable to keep up. Hosting some of our valued resellers gave us a chance to showcase the latest technologies offered by Microsoft to transform businesses tosucceed in a mobile-first, cloud-first world,’’ said Pubudu Basnayake, OEM Director of Southeast Asia New Markets.

MTC displays Microsoft’s cutting-edge technology including a range of IOT (Internet of Things) devices, Power Business Intelligence (BI) to Azure for commercial use and modern retail and Windows for the everyday consumer. The MTC solution experts provided the resellers with guided interactive and immersive experiences on how they can advise customers to rapidly find solutions for technology challenges.
