Ratnapura High Court Judge Rohan Jayawardene had fixed the trial for today and noticed 17 prosecution witnesses.

The accused had pleaded not guilty before High Court Judge U.H.B. Karalliyadde.

Senior State Counsel Janaka Bandara, assisted by State Counsel Charaka Dharmasiri will prosecute.

Attorneys at Law Dinesh Liyanage, Priyantha Karunatilake and Samith Liyanage will appear for the defence.
