Kotte MC ex-mayor contests in SC allocation of members in LG polls

Disputes the calculation of the members to be returned to the Council under the new system

Former Mayor of Kotte Municipal Council yesterday (21) filed Fundamental Rights Petition in the Supreme Court contesting impugned allocation of members to the Council in the recent election.
