I HAVE NOT ENGAGED IN CORRUPTION, SO I GET A DEPUTY MINISTER’S POST

One wonders whether the main qualification needed to get a Cabinet portfolio is engaging in corruption as I who have not engaged in such deeds have got only a deputy minister’s post, Deputy Minister Ranjan Ramanayake said yesterday.
