MAS Unichela win MCA T/20 final

MAS Unichela defeated John Keells ‘A’ by one wicket in a thrilling MCA Division 1 T/20 fixture at the MCA ground.

John Keells winning the toss and batting fist never got into top gear and were shot out for just 90 runs in 15 overs.

MAS Unichela were in turn jolted but were able to scrape home with their last pair at the wickets. Unichela completed a double having won the Knock-out earlier.

Nipun Ransika of Unichela was adjudged the Best Bowler of the Tournament and the Man of the Final and Shehan Jayasuriya of L.B. Finance won the award for the Best Batman of the Tournament.
