Three-wheeler plunges down precipice at Puliyawatte

Norwood Police said that A three-wheeler taxi cab had veered off the Maskeliya-puliyawatte Road and plunged down a 30 foot precipice on Saturday, November 10 at 11.30 p.m. near the Puliyawatte Town, the Norwood Police said.

There had been four passengers in the taxi cab when the accident occurred.

However, the Police said that they had escaped unhurt.

The Norwood Police said that the accident occurred due to the three-wheeler going out of control due to excess speed.
