SLPP nomination lists not finalised

The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) yesterday rejected reports that it had nominated anti-corruption force director Namal Kumara as one of its candidates and said it had not finalised any of its nomination lists as yet.

In a tweet, the SLPP said it had begun the preliminary measures to face the upcoming general elections but it had not yet made any final decision with regard to nominations.
