FRUITY PORK STEAKS

Ingredient­s

4 slices Pork fillet 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tbsp oil, 2 B. onions sliced 4 apples each cut into 8 wedges 2 tbsp marmalade 1 tbsp vinegar 7 flozs chicken stock Seasoning.

Method

1. Coat pork with spices and seasoning and fry till browned on both sides till cooked

2. Remove from heat

3. Add remaining oil and fry onions, then add apples and cook for a few mins

4. Add marmalade , vinegar and stock

5. Bring to boil and when apples are tender mix in pork and cook till sauce is thick and pork tender
