Amended no-faith motion passed: Speaker’s office

SAYS SPEAKER SENT THE LIST OF 122 MPS WHO SUPPORTED THE MOTION.

Speaker Karu Jayasuriya has informed President Maithripala Sirisena in writing yesterday that the no-confidence motion, moved by Chief Opposition Whip Anura Kumara Dissanayake, was duly passed in line with Standing Orders that govern parliamentary business sent the names of the 122 MPS who supported the motion.
