President should clean up the mess he created

because there was nothing to discuss to resolve the matter

The Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) yesterday said that there is no point having discussion with the President as he created the present turmoil in the country and he himself should clean the mess.

JVP Leader MP Anura Kumara Dissanayaka said that they have decided not to attend the all-party conference scheduled for last evening with President Maithripala Sirisena.

He said they would not attend the conference because there was nothing to discuss as the President himself should resolve the matter because he was responsible for the current political crisis.

Dissanayake further said that the President should be responsible for the present political crisis in Sri Lanka as he himself took arbitrary decisions to create this situation.
