Elderly businessman robbed

The Kalutara South Police are on the lookout for a gang of thieves that had broken into the house of an elderly businessman in the area and had stolen his valuables on Monday night.

The 71-year-old owner had lodged a complaint with police about the breakin that had occurred at night.

His grown-up daughters were married and living separately whilst the elderly businessman was living on his own.
