SAVOURY POTATOES

INGREDIENT­S

● 500gms potatoes boiled and sliced

● 500gms B. onions sliced

● 300gms bacon ends

● 200gms button mushrooms

● handful basil leaves

● 2 tbsp soya sauce

● 2 tbsps Lea and Perrins Sauce

● 1 tbsp tomato sauce.

● seasoning

METHOD

1. Saute bacon ends add B. onions, mushrooms cook till bacon is crisp and onions golden brown.

2. Add sauces and seasonings.

3. Place sliced potatoes in baking dish.

4. Add bacon mixture over with basil mixed in.

5. Bake for 20 mins.
